What we do
Arlington Foundation Repair Co. helps people in Arlington and nearby cities connect with independent foundation repair companies. You describe the house and what you've noticed, and we arrange for a company that works in your part of town to come out and inspect it.
We are not the contractor. The company you meet does the inspection, writes the estimate and carries out any work, under its own price and warranty. You deal with it directly. We never charge homeowners.
If a company can't come out soon or isn't a good fit for your house, tell us and we'll find another.
Our approach
We think the best foundation advice is plain. What did the readings show? Is the house still moving? What's the cheapest effective response? In many cases that is a drainage fix or a watching brief, not piers, and we'd rather you hear that early.
When repair is justified, we encourage you to get it written down: a pier diagram, the type and depth of every pier, the warranty and its transfer terms. That protects you now and when you sell or refinance.
What we won't do
We won't quote over the phone or promise a price before anyone has measured the house. We won't speak for any company about what it will do at your property. And we won't push you toward a bigger job than the house needs.

Why we keep the area small
We focus on Arlington and the cities next to it. A small area lets us match each request with a company that already works in your neighborhood and knows its houses: the brick ranches of the older parts of town, the newer subdivisions to the south and the creek-side lots in between.
