You send us a name, a phone number and some details about your house. We use them to contact you and to introduce you to one local foundation repair company. We don't sell them and we don't use them for advertising.

• Your city, and what you have noticed at the property, including anything you write in the message.
• The page of the site you were on.

What is recorded automatically

The site's hosting records standard visit information: pages viewed, approximate location, browser and referring site. We also count taps on call buttons. These numbers tell us which pages are useful and keep the site running; they aren't used to track you elsewhere.

Who sees your information

To set up your inspection, we share your name, phone number, city and project description with one independent foundation repair company. It then deals with you under its own policies. The services that host the site and handle its forms act only on our behalf.

How long it's kept

Request details are kept while they're useful for follow-up, normally no more than a year.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected].

Children and changes

The service is for adults arranging work on property they own, rent or manage. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.

Cookies

The site sets only the cookies it needs and shows a notice about them. It carries no advertising or social-media tracking tools.

We rely on reputable hosting and form-processing services and limit access to request details to the people who need them. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send.
